1. About these Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of vegancosmosinc.com (the “Site”), operated by Vegan Cosmos Inc., a California corporation (“Vegan Cosmos,” “we,” “us”) (mailing address: 9350 Wilshire Blvd, Ste 203, Beverly Hills, CA 90212) · info@vegancosmosinc.com · (888) 292-6766. By using the Site you agree to these Terms.

2. Professional consulting services

  • Written agreements. Consulting is provided business-to-business under a Master Services Agreement (“MSA”) and a Statement of Work (“SOW”) signed by both parties before services begin. No work is authorized by these Terms or by the MSA alone. If a signed SOW and the MSA conflict, the SOW controls project-specific scope and fees and the MSA controls general terms unless the SOW expressly states otherwise. For an engagement, the signed MSA and SOW prevail over these Terms.
  • No engagement by inquiry. Submitting a consultation request, using our chat assistant, or otherwise contacting us does not create an engagement or obligation.
  • Services. Eligible engagements may include management and operations consulting (organizational strategy, process mapping, operational improvement, and management advisory); technology and AI implementation (CRM configuration, software and workflow implementation, AI workflow automation, and business-systems integration); marketing and business development (marketing operations, brand positioning, marketing strategy, customer acquisition planning, and sales process training); and corporate training workshops. Each SOW defines specific deliverables and acceptance criteria.
  • Excluded services. Consulting engagements exclude personal credit repair, credit dispute or investigation services, business credit building, financing or funding consulting, loan brokerage, funding placement, and compensation contingent on financing approvals or proceeds. No financing-related success fees are charged.
  • Changes. Changes in scope, schedule, or price require a written change order approved by both parties before additional billable work occurs.
  • Fees and invoices. Each SOW selects one or more billing methods: hourly services billed after hours are worked and supported by dated work logs; monthly retainers for a defined service period, with recurring charges only after clear written authorization; or fixed-fee milestones invoiced at the stated completion or acceptance event. Any advance deposit is expressly identified in the SOW. Payment is due as stated in the SOW or, if the SOW is silent, 15 calendar days after the invoice date.
  • Delivery and acceptance. Clients review submitted deliverables within five business days and either accept them in writing or describe any material nonconformity in writing. We reasonably address documented deficiencies within the agreed scope.
  • Cancellation and refunds. See our Consulting Refund & Cancellation Policy and the MSA.
  • No guarantee of results. We perform services with reasonable professional care but do not promise specific revenue, profit, sales volume, business growth, or other financial outcomes.
  • Deliverables. Unless the SOW states otherwise, upon full payment the client receives a nonexclusive, perpetual license to use final client-specific deliverables for internal business purposes; Vegan Cosmos retains its preexisting tools, templates, and know-how.

3. Use of the Site

Do not misuse the Site, including by submitting false information, attempting unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, or submitting forms by automated means. Site content is general information and is not legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice.

4. AI chat assistant

Where available, our “Cosmo” assistant provides automated general information that may be incomplete or inaccurate. It is not professional advice or an offer of services. Do not enter sensitive personal or financial information into the chat.

5. Other Vegan Cosmos services and third-party links

Vegan Cosmos operates other service lines and the Site may link to third parties. Those services are separate from our consulting services, are not provided under a consulting MSA or SOW, and may have their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party websites.

6. Disputes

If you have a billing or service complaint, please send it to us in writing; we will first attempt a good-faith resolution within 15 calendar days. Nothing in these Terms restricts a cardholder’s rights under card-network rules or applicable law.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Site is provided “as is” without warranties, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages, except where prohibited by law or for willful misconduct. Liability for consulting services is governed by the signed MSA.

8. Privacy

9. Changes and contact
