This policy applies to professional business consulting provided by Vegan Cosmos Inc., a California corporation (mailing address: 9350 Wilshire Blvd, Ste 203, Beverly Hills, CA 90212) (info@vegancosmosinc.com · (888) 292-6766), under a signed Master Services Agreement (“MSA”) and Statement of Work (“SOW”). It does not apply to products bought in our online shop. If this summary and your signed MSA or SOW differ, the signed agreement controls, subject to applicable law.

Consultation requests

Submitting a consultation request creates no engagement and no charge.

How charges work

  • Hourly: billed after hours are worked, supported by dated work logs.
  • Monthly retainer: covers a defined monthly service period and specified activities. Recurring charges occur only after your clear written authorization.
  • Fixed-fee milestones: each milestone is invoiced at its stated completion or acceptance event.
  • Any advance deposit is expressly identified in your SOW. No financing-related success fees are charged.

Cancelling an ongoing engagement

Either party may end an ongoing engagement with 15 calendar days’ written notice, unless your signed SOW specifies a different reasonable notice period. Either party may also terminate for a material breach that is not cured within 15 calendar days after written notice.

What you owe after cancellation

You owe only for authorized services actually performed and for noncancelable third-party expenses you approved in writing, subject to applicable law.

Refunds

Any unearned prepaid fees are refunded within 15 business days after reconciliation, unless the law requires a sooner refund. Fees for services already performed are not refundable. Your SOW may contain additional project-specific cancellation or refund terms.

Deliverable concerns

Please review deliverables within five business days and either accept them in writing or describe any material nonconformity in writing. We will reasonably address documented deficiencies within the agreed scope.

Billing questions and disputes

Send any billing or service complaint in writing to info@vegancosmosinc.com or to the mailing address above. We investigate disputed charges promptly and first attempt a good-faith resolution within 15 calendar days. Refunds are never conditioned on waiving your chargeback rights, and nothing in this policy restricts your rights under card-network rules or applicable law.

No guarantee of results

Fees are for professional services performed. We do not promise specific revenue, profit, sales volume, business growth, or other financial outcomes.
